Advancing national security through collaboration, culture, and emerging technology.

iSCI’s mission is to advance national and international security by integrating inclusive leadership, emerging technology, and cultural diplomacy. We design strategies that unite public, private, and allied partners to solve complex global challenges through collaboration and shared purpose.
Claradith E. Landry is a national security strategist, defense consultant, and former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer whose career bridges defense, diplomacy, and innovation. As Founder and CEO of the Inclusive Security Collective Initiative (iSCI), she leads a new model of defense consulting—one that integrates national security policy, emerging technology, and cultural engagement to strengthen collaboration across government, industry, and international allies.
A graduate of Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame and a commissioned officer through the University of Notre Dame’s Army ROTC, Landry served nearly nine years in the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and an overseas tour in U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR) in Heidelberg, Germany. These formative experiences shaped her approach to inclusive leadership, coalition-based cooperation, and intelligence-driven strategy.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning the defense, innovation, and public-private sectors, Landry has advised NATO and Euro-Atlantic partners on organizational transformation, governance, and leadership development. Her expertise centers on advancing inclusive security frameworks—strategies that align human capital, emerging technology, and policy to build more resilient institutions.
At iSCI, Landry has expanded the firm’s focus beyond traditional defense consulting to include experiential diplomacy—leveraging arts, culture, and sports as instruments of soft power and global connection. In 2024, she launched the Celebration of Service™ Series, a groundbreaking platform exploring modern expressions of service and international collaboration across the defense community.
Recognized among the Top 50 National Security and International Affairs Professionals by CSIS and DINSN, Landry has earned a national reputation for driving inclusive change within complex organizations. Her leadership has influenced presidential campaigns, federal initiatives, and Fortune 500 companies alike—advancing equity and innovation at the highest levels of strategy and policy.
A recipient of numerous military and civilian awards, Landry continues to shape conversations at the intersection of security, leadership, and human-centered innovation. Through the Inclusive Security Collective Initiative, she remains committed to building a more connected, collaborative, and secure global future.
